I just realized that, despite the fact that I paid off my loan on 6/2/2019, I have never received the title and AHFC is still listed as the Legal Owner. Why did AHFC never release the title after more than two years?

They reported delinquent credit after loan was paid in full. Screwing up my credit.
When I spoke to someone, he said he couldn't do anything. He didn't even try.

I need your Corp code and address
I am trying to transfer my car from New York to New Jersey. NJMV needs your Corp code and address since they will send you the lease while it is under financing. My current no plate is HIP 8217

They wouldn't help during covid. I finally just received my taxes. I was told if I didn't pay the entire past do amount they would repo my car. I try so hard. I'm a cancer survivor who worked in Heal.
I no longer feel like this is living. Why did the government not make car companies help the people who pay the bank.
I wish I could just eat. I'm in Healthcare and the government provides nothing. We used to love this country. Now it's jua socialist country with a horrible leader.
The rich don't care if the middle class gets to pay everything. Honda is made by Japan.
I don't know why they couldn't give me time time. months to catch months

Preferred solution: Help with getting this paid from Honda charging more than it's worth. They ripped me off. Females usually do. I pay my bills. Covid had me home 6 different times. Why couldn't they help instead of take my other bill and food money.
User's recommendation: I would never purchase this car. I'm sure it will be taken from me after I've paid 15,000. Nobody can help me. Life has taken my health and strength. Honda didn't care and laughed.
Incorrect Past Due Payment
They *** up my credit score because they refused to remove a past due payment that was actually their fault since they charged me an incorrect tax even after I sold my car at the beginning of the year (I had a lease). Now they are refusing to remove it even after the tax was corrected because I didn't call them back (they had no notes), where in reality I am the one that sorted it out with the tax authorities and called Honda back to tell them that but since they had no notes they couldn't prove it (sorry the guy before me didn't take notes, so it's your fault mentality). So even thought they saw that the account was correct they still refused to do anything, and now they want me to mail someone, *** mail in our day and age...

Why are they calling me
these people leave me a minimum of 2 voice mails a day on my cell phone. I have no business with them in any way, in fact i have no loans with anyone.
On hold complaint
Called in to speak to someone about not having access to the account. Recent changes of login info made it impossible to access. Called customer service and on hold for hours
Preferred solution: fix the damn account so I can access online

Gap is fake advertisement lies
From Honda dealer sales people to managers they will feed you all the bs you want to hear when buying a car . When you have a claim for 1600 for the gap to pay they want to pay only 1074 dollars you call to find why again and from one person to another till you get to the manager and with a bad attitude she goes thats the way it is thats how we come with the numbers am putting a complaint with the dmv for fault advertisement. And above all that 3 months I got in accident and only my gap been 3 months and they refuse to cancel it and send me back the remaining balance because the terms are 63 months and I had gap before with peco gap insurance and they paid 5200 dollars and still canceled my insurance gap and sent me the remaining balance.buyers beware Honda gap is for there own benefits not yours dont buy it from them trust me buy parco gap and take it to the bank and Honda gap is garbage keep it to the people who sell it

I mailed a check for over 9000.00 to pay off a loan. For weeks they claim they did not receive it.
I sent them a copy of the cleared check with their account information on the back. They now claim they do not know what happened to the money and refuse to release title, or even attempt to locate what account they actually posted it to

Poor customer service
My car was totaled almost three months ago. It took FOURTEEN phone calls to complete the payoff process.
And each phone call required a minimum of FORTY minutes of hold time. Honda Finance dragged their feet processing the payoff paperwork , as well as the payoff itself. Meanwhile, I am told to continue lease payments.
So I ended up being due a refund, which took WEEKS to get to me. Never again will I lease through Honda Finance.

Verified ReviewerVeterans and those with vanity plates don't lease
I finally got my Veterans plates for my lease and Honda did nothing to solve my problem. With time running out for my visit to the RMV i opened a UPS account and had them Air Freight the document i needed.
This cost me $65.
I will face future issues if i renew my lease with another company as of now Honda leasing owns my Veterans plates... All this because Honda would not ship the document i needed via UPS.
Honda told all i needed to do was have my insurer forward me a document to have the plates transfer...
I got the paperwork and went to the mass RMV and they said NO as i needed permission from Honda to do this. I complained to my dealer and they said I HAVE TO REQUEST permission to do this from Honda. The only way i can reach
Honda leasing is by phone as the web site does not offer a chat or email address. For the past 8 weeks i have requested 3 times to get Honda to send this out.
They said they have and i said how come i can get my monthly invoice from Honda with no problem and I cannot get this letter. I then asked they send it out UPS or federal express. They said fine but i had to provide an account number to bill.
Is this poor Customer Service. I will never lease a car from Honda again or the dealer prime 128 in reading ma,

You suck. Nobody answering phone, can't log in, hold time 45 minutes, etc,, etc. You make it impossible to do business and get any kind of customer service.
