I feel I was duped when I returned my leased vehicle. I was not advised of the TURN IN fee and they want $350 now plus late fees.

They will make a deal or reduce the payment. I will never buy or lease a Honda again and tell my friends the same. My father was treated the same way and has anxiety over all the phone calls he receives. This is not good customer service and they are turning people away by being so difficult, demanding money I knew nothing about.

I would gladly work out payments but they are being hard to deal with and act as if I'm in the wrong when I honestly did not know I would have to pay a turn in fee. If I'd known, I'd have been more likely to get another Honda but I went elsewhere.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Staff at the dealership in service dept.

I didn't like: Hidden costs at the end of my lease.
