Follow up from phone call. My credit score was affected by something that was Hondas fault. Talked to someone last week about it and said it would be taken care of so it wouldn't affect my credit score

If you are trying to figure out why your login won't work to access your Honda Financial Services account, forget about it. PHONE NUMBERS DON'T WORK, ARE ALL SCREWED UP, AND MAKE YOU WAIT AN HOUR OR MORE JUST TO FIND OUT ITS THE WRONG DEPARTMENT AND YOU GET DISCONNECTED.
I've TRIED FOR DAYS TO RESET MY ACCOUNT TO NO AVAIL.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER TRIED. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES hfs!

Phone call hung up
I tried to make a phone call and the computer said that I exceeded my amount of attempts which I didnt even try Im not sure if it was getting interference in the background of my house but I wasnt even able to make the phone call. Now I have to call again

Had Covid-19 during month and was unable to contact.
Returned to access account and pickup payments but although able to
login all account info could nor accessed? I'll call local number Fri.10/08

Verified ReviewerTo Be Compensated For Not Receiving Clear Title After Making Early Pay-Off on April 23, 2021
I wish to be compensated for the wait time from my full car lease pay-off to the receipt of a corrected clear title. On 4/23/21 a pay-off on my behalf for the amount of around $14k was wired to Honda Financial Services my my North Am.
Title Co re: Lease # 000004****911**** prior to the 5/19 payoff due date. A Bill of Sale dated 4/29 was mailed to me along with an incorrect Certificate of Title with a handwritten misspelling of my name by Kenny Lang of Honda Lease Trust. Once received on 5/13, I called their # (800)708-****, Ext 5 to report the error. It was acknowledged by Timothy that this was their company's error and would need to reissue the corrected title.
On 5/28 for an update, spoke to Ashley who abruptly hung -up on me after saying that it may take another 30+ days since the issue was sent to a dept. on 5/18 to decide to forward the request for a corrected duplicate title to the state. June 1, I spoke with Amanda who refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor because she said that they were all "too busy" and I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours. June 2 (9:35 am) - Supervisor Adrian Diaz left a voice mail message the same "sorry about our error...
no compensation" for not being able transfer my title or sell my car...). (9:40) am - I called back to go on record, waited over 18 min. request compensation for the delay of clear title... call dropped.
(9:57 am), called again and call dropped again! (9:58 am) called back and left my # for on recording since the wait was 20 min. (10:20 am) There was a call back from their #, but my phone only rang twice. I called to request a call back.
(11 am) Adrian Diaz called to say that there would be no compensation for their transaction error, but I was welcome to take legal action with their contact: CT Corp; 1999 Bryan St. #900; Dallas, TX 75201.
I filed a complaint with the Texas BBB. Honda Finance Svs, Lease Trust has all of my money, and due to their admitted error, I have no clear title!

Preferred solution: Compensation per day between Apriil 23 (the date that they received my pay-off) to the date that I receive my clear title due to delay experienced for their admitted error.

I called twice since I have my honda the first time it was 1 hour and as I am writing this it is going on 54 minutes

Too long to answer calls. I sent u check to be endorsed thru overnight mail for repairs on my car. U sent it back thru regular mail so ca6pick up car since they don't have check

The wait for calls to be answered to long. I overnighted insurance check to be endorsed
to pay for repairs, on my CRV. Ur office returned it by regular mail so can't pick up my car because they have not received it I requested overnight.
Refinancing
I leased my car in 2017 and paid lease on time every month- nearing final lease months I asked for an extension to pay balance and was told I had till Feb 2021. I continued to pay on time every month but was then denied extension- I had to then buy my car and start paying again- Im now paying for the same car again.
My finance charge is over 13%.
Im furious but paying monthly on time to purchase. Is there an avenue for this type of issue?!
Not helping those in need
It has been over a year and yet your company still has not helped my client out with the lemon of a truck that Ball Honda sold her under false pretenses. And now you are trying to have said vehicle repoed???? After you told her that you would get everything taken care of!
This is a mother of a special needs child and all anyone has done for her is caused her STRESS and anxiety!!!
Your company should be ashamed!

Same here! They screwed up my email when they switched over from username to email and I can't get it fixed! I've tried every number and customer service option with no help.
